I help aquafeed producers turn plant designs, production lines, and raw material changes into reliable output at scale. That means solving the technical issues that limit capacity, disrupt production, or cause feed quality to drift — from the first design assumptions through day-to-day plant operation.

My work covers the complete aquafeed production process: intake and raw material handling, grinding, conditioning, extrusion, drying, coating, cooling, and packaging. I use that full-line perspective to find where performance is being lost, why quality is drifting, and what has to change for the plant to run as intended.

For equipment suppliers, raw material developers, and feed additive companies, I help translate technical performance into plant-level evidence: what the product changes in throughput, feed quality, process stability, cost, and sustainability once it is running through real production conditions.
